How does emotion impact learning? In the “Brain Fuel” series we explore evidence-based principles that span disciplines including psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and anthropology to dig deeper into how humans learn. In this session, we will consider the interaction between emotion and learning – positive and negative – and how to adapt our teaching to work with emotion. This hybrid session will begin with a short presentation, followed by casual and collegial discussion. If you choose to attend in person, light refreshments will be provided!
