This free, year-round program is perfect for all ages and people of all levels of fitness. The November Project meets on Mondays at 6:30 a.m. at Meridian Hill Park, the last Monday of every month at 6:30 a.m. Capitol Hill’s Peace Circle, and on Wednesdays at 5:25 a.m. and at 6:20 a.m. at the Lincoln Memorial steps. Every Friday, there is a new location
Ariel Bright Fitness
According to the Active Life DC blog, the first class of this outdoor bootcamp is always free. In Logan Circle, classes are held in the mornings on Mondays and Saturdays. For those who would prefer to work out in the evenings, there are also classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to register ahead of time to get your first free class.
The Yards Fitness
Take a free conditioning, barre, HIIT or yoga class at The Yards Park every day of the week this summer. Consult the schedule, because times vary. Pros from OrangeTheory Fitness, VIDA Fitness, Barre3, Freedom Group Exercise, Powered Fitness, and Mimi Rieger Trainers will be leading the classes.
