Session Description:

At this luncheon, come hear and be inspired by this year’s CFE Faculty Award Winners talk about their work. Casey Evans and Jay Simon – winners of the Ann Ferren Curriculum Design Award – will talk about their transformative core curriculum overhaul in the Kogod School of Business to better prepare students for the dynamic demands of the workplace and the interdisciplinary nature of business. Rosalind Donald – winner of the Milton and Sonia Greenberg Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Award – will discuss her research project in which she tested whether research-based teaching interventions in her Complex Problems class can increase students’ sense of hope and efficacy as they approach and respond to climate change.
