Behavior Measurement
This page features hardware and software tools useful for quantifying aspects of behavior. Unlike Behavior Apparatus which can include aspects of behavioral tasks which elicit a behavior, each of the projects in this category is designed to give a quantifiable readout of behavior. The categories are specific to the environment in which behavior will be collected, from home cage set ups to freely moving in an operant chamber to head-fixed subjects. Here you’ll find quite a variety of projects that may overlap with other categories such as Behavior Apparatus, Data Analysis or Video Analysis.
